ADLY Shop — Privacy Policy

ADLY Shop connects a Shopify store with ADLY's Israeli content creators: each creator gets a personal discount code for the store, and the app attributes orders placed with that code so the creator can be paid a commission. This policy explains what store data the app reads, why, and how long it is kept. ADLY's general privacy policy for its website is at adly.co.il/privacy.
What the app reads from your store

The app does not read or store customer names, email addresses, phone numbers or physical addresses. Orders that did not use a creator's code are ignored and not stored.
Who can see it
Store staff see their own store's data inside Shopify admin. A creator sees only their own sales and commissions, never buyer details. ADLY staff see it to operate payouts and support. ADLY does not sell data or share it with advertisers. To bill ADLY Shop's charges, the app sends Shopify your store's ID and money totals only, never buyer data.
Where it is kept
On ADLY's database hosted by Supabase (cloud), encrypted in transit. Access tokens for your store are stored server-side only and are never sent to the browser.
How long
- While the app is installed, for as long as it is needed to run the program.
- When you uninstall, the app's access ends immediately. When Shopify sends the
shop/redactrequest (48 hours after uninstall), ADLY deletes the store's access token, product data and order snapshots, and removes customer IDs. - Commission and payout records (amounts, dates, codes — no buyer details) are kept as long as Israeli accounting and tax law requires.
Your requests
Shopify's privacy requests (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) are handled automatically. For anything else — a copy of your data, a correction or deletion — write to hello@adly.co.il.

האפליקציה קוראת מהחנות רק את מה שצריך כדי לייחס מכירות לקודים של יוצרים ולחשב עמלות: פרטי החנות, המוצרים שבחרתם להציג, והזמנות שבהן נעשה שימוש בקוד של יוצר (מספר הזמנה, פריטים, סכומים, סטטוס משלוח והחזר). איננו קוראים ואיננו שומרים שם, מייל, טלפון או כתובת של לקוחות. הזמנות בלי קוד של יוצר לא נשמרות. 48 שעות אחרי הסרת האפליקציה נמחקים הטוקן, נתוני המוצרים ופרטי ההזמנות, ונשמרות רק רשומות העמלות שהחוק מחייב לשמור. לצורך החיוב של ADLY Shop, האפליקציה שולחת ל-Shopify רק את מזהה החנות ואת הסכומים, אף פעם לא פרטי קונים. לכל בקשה: hello@adly.co.il.
